Our midwifery packages includes all prenatal visits, two midwives at your labor & birth, and 12 weeks of postpartum care.
Package Pricing
Holistic Midwifery Package $4,900
Personalized care from the very beginning of your pregnancy through birth and the early weeks of life with your baby. Our midwifery package offers space to build trust, ask questions, and feel supported as you prepare for a birth that honors you and your family.
Your package includes:
- First trimester care, including progesterone and HCG testing if desired
- Comprehensive prenatal care throughout your pregnancy
- Direct, personal access to your midwife, with 24/7 availability plus ongoing guidance and connection between visits
- Midwifery support during labor and birth
- Postpartum care for you and newborn care for your baby
- A birth tub for waterbirth, including setup and takedown
- A second midwife or birth assistant at your birth, with their fee included
Flexible payment options are available, with a $500 initial payment due at your first visit and applied toward your package total. The remaining balance is due by 36 weeks. A $250 discount is available for early payment in full.
Levana Midwifery + Memory Package $5,950
In addition to the Holistic Midwifery Package:
Includes birth photography and a fresh 48 newborn shoot.
Flexible payment options, $250 discount available, payment in full due by 36 weeks, $500 due at first visit, applied to package.
Cash Lab Package + Additional Fees $300
- Labs include a full prenatal panel, STI testing, hemoglobin A1C, urine culture, vitamin D, glucose screening, a mid-pregnancy iron panel, and group B strep test. (Additional fees apply if more testing is needed. Insurance may be billed for labs instead of using the cash option.)
- Birth Kit (purchased here) https://www.inhishands.com/levana-birth-custom-birth-kit/ Waterbirth supplies may be ordered with the birth kit (listed under optional items) if desired. We also offer birth pool rentals for families in Tulsa planning to use water during labor.
- Ultrasounds are not included in lab package, cash price is typically $160. These can be billed to insurance as well. Rhogam is an additional fee if needed.
- There is a $150 travel fee for those 30-45 minutes from Tulsa, and a $300 travel fee for those 1 hour+ from Tulsa. (34 week home visits for families within 30 minutes of Tulsa)
