Well-Woman & Fertility Care

Rooted in traditional midwifery. Focused on whole-body wellness.

Your reproductive health deserves attention long before a positive pregnancy test.

At Levana Birth, I believe women’s healthcare should be personal, intentional, and focused on understanding the body rather than simply managing symptoms.

Whether you’re wanting to better understand your hormones, prepare your body for pregnancy, navigate fertility concerns, or simply invest in your long-term health, my goal is to help you feel more connected to your body and confident in the choices you make for it.

My approach is deeply holistic, focusing on nourishing the body, understanding the menstrual cycle, supporting overall wellness, and identifying concerns that may be affecting your health. Because your body deserves more than a quick appointment and a prescription.

Holistic Well-Woman Care

Comprehensive Wellness Visit

You don’t have to be pregnant or trying to conceive to deserve thoughtful, individualized care.

Our well-woman visits are designed for women who want to take a proactive, holistic approach to their health. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we’ll look at the bigger picture: your hormones, menstrual cycle, nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and overall well-being.

Whether you’re experiencing irregular cycles, PMS, fatigue, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of your health, this visit is an opportunity to slow down and take an intentional look at how your body is functioning.

What’s included:

  • Comprehensive review of your medical, reproductive, and menstrual history
  • Discussion of hormone health and menstrual cycle patterns
  • Basic hormone labs selected for your individual needs
  • Pap smear and cervical cancer screening when desired and appropriate
  • Review of nutrition, mineral intake, sleep, stress, and movement
  • Personalized lifestyle and nutritional recommendations
  • Supplement guidance when appropriate
  • Individualized homework and actionable wellness goals
  • Written recommendations to help you implement changes at home

I want you to leave your appointment with more than just lab results. I want you to understand your body better, have practical steps to work toward your goals, and feel empowered to take ownership of your health.

Holistic Fertility Care

Comprehensive Fertility Visit

Fertility is so much more than getting a positive ovulation test. Our fertility appointments are designed for women who want to understand their reproductive health, prepare intentionally for pregnancy, or explore possible factors contributing to difficulty conceiving.

We’ll take a deeper look at your menstrual cycle, ovulation patterns, hormone health, nutrition, lifestyle, and reproductive history.

I believe the months leading up to conception are an incredible opportunity to nourish your body and build a healthy foundation for pregnancy.

What’s included:

  • Comprehensive reproductive and fertility history
  • Individualized hormone laboratory testing
  • Ovarian reserve testing, such as AMH and other appropriate assessments
  • Menstrual cycle and ovulation education
  • Review of existing fertility tracking or hormone-monitoring data
  • Discussion of luteal phase patterns and cycle irregularities
  • Personalized nutritional and lifestyle recommendations
  • Individualized supplement recommendations when appropriate
  • Discussion of environmental exposures and simple ways to reduce unnecessary exposures
  • Personalized fertility homework and next steps
  • Written fertility wellness plan

Whether you’re hoping to conceive soon or simply want to understand your fertility better, my goal is to help you make informed decisions and feel supported along the way.

A Year of Intentional Care

Months 1–3: Building the Foundation

We begin by getting to know your body. We’ll review your health history, menstrual cycle patterns, existing lab work, nutrition, lifestyle, and any fertility concerns. Together, we’ll create an individualized plan focused on understanding your reproductive health and establishing sustainable habits.

Months 4–6: Nourishing & Supporting

As we learn more about your cycle and overall health, we’ll continue refining your plan. This may include reviewing hormone patterns, adjusting nutrition and supplement recommendations, supporting healthy sleep and movement habits, and addressing concerns identified during your initial assessment.

Months 7–9: Continued Fertility Support

We’ll continue monitoring your progress, reviewing your cycle data, and making adjustments based on what we’re learning. When appropriate, we’ll also discuss partner fertility, timing intercourse, and whether additional medical evaluation may be helpful.

Months 10–12: Moving Forward With Confidence

Our final months are focused on continuing the practices that support your health, reviewing your progress, and developing a clear plan for what comes next, whether that’s preparing for pregnancy, continuing fertility care, or coordinating with a fertility specialist.

Fertility Care That Looks at the Whole Person

I believe reproductive health is connected to so many other aspects of our well-being. Our hormones don’t function in isolation from the rest of the body. Nutrition, sleep, underlying medical conditions, emotional well-being, and overall health can all influence reproductive function.

My goal isn’t to promise a pregnancy or convince you that every fertility challenge can be solved through lifestyle changes. It’s to help you better understand your body, identify concerns that deserve attention, and provide thoughtful, individualized support throughout the process.

You deserve to feel heard, educated, and cared for every step of the way.
